Lincoln City Women is a football club linked with Lincoln City FC. The First Team compete in the FA Women's National League.

I was the Media Officer - a job that involves weekly match previews and reports along with live-tweeting, photography, post-match interviews and news reporting. 

​

I learned leadership skills from this role as well as having improved in practical sports journalism.

​

The Covid-19 pandemic threw a spanner in the works and ended the 2019-20 season prematurely. This forced me to create content whilst there weren't any games.
